A somatic, integrative approach to therapy, yoga, and meditation — rooted in compassion and backed by science.
"Marci's group therapy sessions are well-managed and intellectually and emotionally rewarding. I would recommend them to anybody interested in adding another component to their own personal therapy journey. The insight I've gained from these group conversations has helped me in my own personal and professional life."
"Marci is one of the most genuinely kind and emphathetic people I have ever met. Between those qualities and her unique skillset as both a licensed therapist and yoga instructor, I felt like she truly understood my pain and the psychological conundrum I was in. Thanks to her, I am now able to accept certain aspects of my chronic pain that I was not allowing myself to accept, as well as to use the power of the mind-body connection to heal myself. As a result, I have been able to manage my pain in a self-loving way; I feel like I have my life back."
"Marci helped me understand and process a lot of pain. She also brought me more in touch with both my physical and emotional self. It set me on a path toward healing and greater peace."
I struggled with anxiety from a young age and grew up as a highly sensitive person—which often felt overwhelming. My own healing journey changed everything for me, and that experience is at the heart of how I show up for clients today.
I hold a Master's degree from Columbia University and bring training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic experiencing (SE), and a 200-hour yoga teacher certification from the Kripalu Institute.
