A somatic, integrative approach to therapy, yoga, and meditation — rooted in compassion and backed by science.
I struggled with anxiety from a young age and grew up as a highly sensitive person—which often felt overwhelming. My own healing journey changed everything for me, and that experience is at the heart of how I show up for clients today.
I hold a Master's degree from Columbia University and bring training in DBT, somatic therapy, and a 200-hour yoga teacher certification from the Kripalu Institute.
